This month’s winning recipe is the work of the Italian Viviane For 1 portion

The ingredients:

2 scoops of your favorite Formula 1 (we recommend: Vanilla Cream, Banana or Creamy Chocolate)

A quarter teaspoon of baking powder

3 tablespoons skim milk

2 egg yolks

3 egg whites

The topping of your choice:

for example honey, banana, raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.

Preparation:

Mix the milk and egg yolks with a whisk. Add the baking powder to the mixture and stir.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff

Gradually add the egg whites (in small amounts) to the egg yolk mixture.

To cook it, place a covered tray on the stove over medium-low heat and put a thin layer of oil using a brush.

Add the mixture with a few drops of water to the pan and put the lid on it. Steam for about 4 minutes on each side.

Garnish with honey or fruit and enjoy.
